Thoughts: That's the sort of fantastically generic office building that could have only come from the image library of a mid-90s word processing program. In this case, the program in question was called Student Writing Center. I'm not quite sure why my parents paid good money for Student Writing Center when Microsoft Word came preloaded on the family PC, but it's damn lucky that they did. By now, you may have noticed my rather lackluster punctuation. Specifically, the first two sentences have periods, the third does not. I could make excuses and say it's because the third sentence is male and men don't have periods, but I refuse to exploit the silent crimson majesty of the menstruation cycle for comedic purposes. Since I more or less redid the story as a poem, I had no reason to use periods at all. Quite frankly, I am fucking embarrassed that I didn't know better by then.
